RF / “radiation” context

This separates measurements from guesses. Very useful, because those two get married on the internet constantly.

What this can show

RSRP: received cellular reference-signal power at the phone.
RSRQ / SINR: signal quality versus interference and noise.
Band / frequency: approximate part of the RF spectrum in use.
TX power: only if the diagnostic screen explicitly exposes it.
Approximate cell distance: if the serving cell can be found in a database.

What this cannot measure

Your actual SAR or absorbed dose.
Total RF power from every source around you.
A trustworthy body exposure level from tower distance alone.
Health effects from a single screenshot.

Compare your browser location with a crowdsourced estimate of the serving cell detected in the screenshot.

Cell databases contain estimated logical cell positions, not guaranteed physical tower sites. Several sectors can share the same structure. Nearby-cell lookup sends an approximate bounding box around your browser location to the configured cell database.

Important: this is an educational network decoder, not a calibrated RF meter or medical tool. RSRP, RSRQ, SINR and tower distance are not interchangeable with SAR or absorbed RF dose.
